Common questions

Where is my data stored?: On your device — plus your own private iCloud if you turn on sync. NarvalTech has no servers and never receives a copy. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I add an item?: Tap “+” on the Collection screen, fill in the details, and add photos from your library or camera — or scan a barcode where supported.
Will I lose my collection if I delete the app?: If iCloud sync is on, your collection is safely backed up to your private iCloud and restores when you reinstall and sign in with the same Apple ID. You can also export a CSV/PDF backup any time from the Audit tab.
How do I restore my purchase?: Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
